DeDe Unverzagt - Salon Owner / Stylist / Color Specialist
As a stylist for over 22 years, DeDe moved to Portland after working in California for 10 years. She has continued her education attending classes in Europe as well as the United States. DeDe is a Certified Goldwell color specialist. Her talent is creating natural looking color and highlights, and completing the look with fabulous haircuts! DeDe's vision was to create a "dramafree" salon environment where clients feel welcome and the stylists are appreciated. She has achieved her goal. Cymbre Gudal - Hair Stylist / Color Specialist
With 10 years of experience in hair design, Cymbre has a great passion for hair and making people beautiful. Her continual education with traveling in the US and Europe keeps her motivation strong and her techniques up to date. Her strong love for color is what she specializes in. She is a certified Goldwell color educator for Taglio Salon. Fashion is also Cymbre's other passion in life. She is an image consultant who does closet anaylisis for men and women.

Heidi Janeck - Hair Design
Heidi Janeck is a master stylist in all aspects of hair design. With over 9 years of experience, her continual training has proven to be very effective in keeping her up to date on the latest techniques, not only in color, but in cutting and styling as well. Heidi studied at the Von Curtis Academy of Hair Design, which is rated one of the top in the nation. Her career experience began with a six month apprenticeship with Aveda. Starting from the beginning courses, she quickly moved on to take all the advanced courses in cutting and coloring. One of these included a hands-on class with David Adams, who is the national color educator for Aveda. Through these experiences, Heidi gained a keen eye for the art of color design. Motivated by the passion she has always held for this industry and it's energy, Heidi quickly became a master stylist in color specialty and is now a Certified Goldwell Color Educator for Taglio Salon, contunually participating in advanced education. In addition to this training, Heidi obtained a certificate of completion for the one week advanced hair cutting course at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, California.

With a great love for the outdoors, Heidi and her husband enjoy running, mountain biking, and white water kayaking. Happy to have found a salon as enchanting as Taglio, Heidi plans on continuing her education to be the finest stylist she can, captivate as many people as she can, and enjoy the harmony that comes with loving every element of what she does; the alluring art of hair design.

Deeanna Morse - Hair Stylist
I have been a stylist since 2002 and began working at Taglio in October of 2005. In the salon, I always strive to create an environment in which my clients are at ease to express themselves and their ideas. My number one goal is for my clients to be confident and satisfied with their hairstyle. I also believe you can never stop learning in this industry so I stay current with trends and take continuing education classes so I am able to cater to my wide range of clientele. I have experience with styling models for their headshots, grandma's weekly shampoo set, and coming up with that versatile yet easy style for the mother on the go. I absolutely love every aspect of my job and hope to see you at Taglio very soon!

Sara Leathers - Stylist
I have been in the hair industry for over seven years and am happy to be continuing my career at Taglio Salon. I truly enjoy my job and find it very gratifying. Taglio offers a comfortable and stress-free environment that starts the minute clients walk in the door. I continue the relaxed feeling by getting to know my clients and opening up a dialogue about their vision for their hair. It is my goal to help every client find a style that is a true fit for their hair type, and one that the client can easily replicate at home. After obtaining my degree in Hair Design, I pursued an apprenticeship with Aveda. I received advanced training in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques. In addition to Aveda, I am also certified in the use of the CHI color and product line. I often participate in seminars and classes to keep apprised of current techniques and styles within the hair industry. When not at work, I spend time with my husband and puppy Chico.

Kristy Sims - Stylist / Color Specialist
I have been a licensed professional in this industry since 2000. I am a certified Goldwell color specialist. My passion for hair design keeps me up to date on the latest trends in this industry. I enjoy creating natural looking highlights as well as bold and dramatic colors. My goal is to give you a look that complements your life style as well as brings out your best facial features. I listen to my clients to find exactly what it is they want. My talents also include Updo's for special occasions such as prom or wedding. I am very pleased to be a part of Taglio Salon and continue to grow with such a talented team. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. Jenna Blazer - Stylist / Color Specialist
I've been a stylist since 2004 and started working at Taglio Salon in November of 2007. I specialize in cuts and colors for both men and women.

I have taken advanced cutting courses with Purology, Framesi, and American Crew. I have also traveled to the Redken Academy for the latest cut and color trends. My main cutting technique is called "structure in motion". I learned this technique from one of Big Sexy Hair's top educators. Structure in Motion is an innovative way of cutting. It can be used to make a variety of cuts, from classic to modern. In my opinion, it is the best way to cut curly hair.

I strive to give the best experience to all my clients, included with all my services is a relaxing scalp massage.

Jennifer Clemens - Stylist / Color Specialist
With over ten years of practice in the Portland area, Jennifer has learned more than the fine art of hair design. She has gained the ability to perform the delicate balance of fulfilling each client’s individual styling desires while maintaining an open forum for self-expression and conversation. With her attention to detail, thoughtful consideration and deep sensitivity for each person, she has cultivated trusted friendships with her clientele, most of which have been with her throughout the decade.

Her foundation began in a year-long apprenticeship with Hickox Salon in downtown Portland. She was able to study side by side with the best that Portland has to offer and has stayed abreast of the latest cut and color trends through education and peer relationships.

She is a certified Balmain Hair Extension Specialist, a Wella Color Specialist and a Pureologist.
